Daniel CampbellMr. Campbell is a Vincentian Civil Engineer and Certified Sustainability Professional who is proficient in resilient and sustainable infrastructure systems design, analysis, construction, and project management. He has over six (6) years of intense industry experience leading architecture, engineering, and construction company operations; managing complex programs; conducting novel infrastructure research; as well as providing consultancy services to governments, firms, and multilateral organizations. Mr. Campbell has worked in New Zealand on large scale residential development projects while researching the productivity and organizational resilience of construction companies both in that country and in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). He has executed consultancy works and contracts in the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia and SVG for a diverse range of clients and employers including Digicel Group, OECS Commission, Trojan Design and Development Ltd, St. Vincent Electricity Services Ltd and the World Bank Group. Mr. Campbell has also served as a Director of the National Properties Ltd of SVG and is currently a Director of Caribbean Engineering and Design Consultants Ltd.

Mr. Campbell’s expertise in agile project management, organizational resilience, risk management, sustainability and value engineering has been underpinned by his humanitarian nature and service as a member of Rotary International and Secretary Elect of the Rotary Club of St. Vincent. He is also a co- founder of The Initiative VC, a non-profit group dedicated to mentoring and developing the characters and careers of Vincentian students.

Mr. Campbell has 7 years of rigorous academic and technical training. He holds a Master of Engineering (Hons.) from the University of Auckland and a Professional Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons.) from the University of Matanzas. An avid systems thinker, he has won several research and career awards and honors including Most Outstanding Graduate in Scientific Research (UM) and New Face of Civil Engineering Professionals (American Society of Civil Engineers). The latter is an annual recognition of the top 10 global Civil Engineers who represent the promising future of the profession. Drawing on his skills and experience, Mr. Campbell is focused on helping our clients develop innovative policies, robust systems and data-driven digital and physical solutions to mitigate the negative effects of climate change hazards, disasters and financial crises, and bolster their resilience.
