Dr. Low is  a Technical Consultant in Growth Perspectives Limited’s Strategy Practice and an academic at the highly ranked University of Auckland – where she teaches courses in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, and Financial Management. She has over seventeen (17) years of experience as a Finance, Investment, and Risk Management Executive and previously worked within the Banking and Securities Regulation Sectors in Asia. Dr. Low is, for example, a former Vice President of the Group Risk and Credit Management Division at RHB Bank Berhad, Vice President of the Group Corporate Risk Modeling Dept at RHB Bank Berhad and a Risk Manager at Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

    Dr. Low acquired the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and International Fixed Income and Derivatives (IFID) Certification from the International Capital Market Association. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Finance from the University of Auckland (UoA) and held MSA Charitable Trust & UoA doctoral scholarships there. A former Chevening Scholar, Dr. Low also holds an MSc. degree in International Securities, Investment, and Banking (Distinction) from the University of Reading, UK and a BSc. degree in Finance (First Class Hons.) from the University Utara Malaysia.

    Dr. Low is available to help our government, multilateral agency, and corporate clients with their financial strategy formulation and implementation, financial modeling, project evaluation, market research, quantitative analysis, financial sector development, and business model reimaging.
