Mrs. Morrison is a Management Consultant who has twenty-five (25) years of leadership experience across the financial, hospitality, and higher education sectors in Jamaica. She has consulted with clients such as C&WJ Co-operative Credit Union, JCIA, and Tip Friendly Society in Jamaica and Bank of Saint Lucia in the wider Caribbean. Mrs. Morrison is a former Chief Operating Officer at First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union and was responsible for a team of 26 that spanned the following areas: Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Retail Sales, and Member Experience. She has also previously worked as a General Manager for Strategy and Corporate Affairs at First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union and was a former Adjunct Lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Change at the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
Mrs. Morrison is a Ph.D. Candidate in Leadership with a Major in Organizational Strategy at Walden University. She previously earned an MPhil degree in the same from Walden University as well as MBA and BSc degrees in Management Studies from Nova Southeastern University. She also hold a post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
